Interested in joining the McGill Debating Union? It’s easy! All you have to do is show up to one of our events/practices and indicate your interest in being involved. Experience is not required, and you can come as much (or as little) as you like. At practices, you will be paired with people who are at or around your level of skill and experience.
To keep updated sign up for our listserv mailing list here. Our listserv goes out once a week. It contains info on upcoming meetings, events, and tournaments!
You can also request to join our Facebook group. We’ve also created a Facebook group for novices (folks who are new to university debate.) We also have an Instagram that we update regularly.
